Instructions:
1️⃣ Boil the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook tortellini until al dente (5–7 minutes), then drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Sear the Steak:
Season steak cubes with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 3–4 minutes until golden and cooked to your preference. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
4️⃣ Build the Alfredo Sauce:
Pour in the heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir continuously for 3–4 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
5️⃣ Combine & Finish:
Add cooked tortellini and steak to the skillet. Toss everything together to coat in the creamy garlic-Parmesan sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes more.
6️⃣ Serve It Up:
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot — creamy, cheesy, and irresistibly rich.
