Instructions:

  1. Cook the Chicken:
    Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through (5–8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Veggies:
    Add onion and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until softened (7–10 minutes).
  3. Add Seasonings:
    Stir in garlic, thyme, and paprika. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Make the Sauce:
    Add broth, Dijon, Worcestershire, and soy sauce. Return the chicken to the skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Finish with Cream:
    Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and dill (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
