- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened

- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
