  • 1 large bunch of fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Small wooden skewers

 

Instructions

 

  1. Assemble: Thread the ingredients onto the small wooden skewers, alternating between a cherry tomato, a fresh basil leaf (folded if large), and a mozzarella ball. Repeat until the skewer is full.
  2. Arrange: Place the finished skewers on a serving platter.
  3. Drizzle: Just before serving, drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze evenly over all the skewers.
  4. Season: Sprinkle with a pinch of flaky sea salt and a crack of fresh black pepper.
