Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini, diced
  • ½ cup grape or cherry tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Prep the Pan
    Heat a sauté pan over medium-low heat. Add olive oil and let it warm.
  2. Add Vegetables
    Turn heat to medium. Add zucchini, tomatoes, and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Sauté Until Golden
