Creamy brie melts over crisped flatbread, topped with tart cranberries, crunchy walnuts, and finished with a golden drizzle of hot honey. Ingredients:

 

  • 2 flatbreads or naan
  • 6 oz brie cheese, sliced (rind on or off)
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup walnuts, roughly chopped and toasted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh thyme leaves (optional, for garnish)

For the Hot Honey Drizzle:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4–1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to your spice level)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare hot honey by warming the honey slightly (microwave or stovetop), then stir in red pepper flakes. Set aside to infuse.
  3. Brush each flatbread with olive oil and arrange on a baking sheet.
  4. Top with slices of brie, cranberries, and toasted walnuts.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the flatbread are golden and crisp.
  6. Drizzle generously with the hot honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme if using.
  7. Slice & serve warm!
