Ingredients:
- 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 ball burrata cheese
- 3 cups arugula
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for grilling)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
- Fresh basil leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Grill the peaches: Brush peach halves with olive oil and grill on a hot pan or grill for 2–3 minutes per side, until charred and caramelized. Let cool slightly, then slice.
- Assemble the salad: On a serving plate, layer arugula, peach slices, and torn burrata.
- Top it off: Sprinkle toasted almonds, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
