Grilled Peach & Burrata Salad

A summer-perfect salad that blends sweet, creamy, and tangy flavors. Juicy grilled peaches, creamy burrata, peppery arugula, and crunchy almonds come together with a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Fresh, light, and elegant!

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 ball burrata cheese
  • 3 cups arugula
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for grilling)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
  • Fresh basil leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Grill the peaches: Brush peach halves with olive oil and grill on a hot pan or grill for 2–3 minutes per side, until charred and caramelized. Let cool slightly, then slice.
  2. Assemble the salad: On a serving plate, layer arugula, peach slices, and torn burrata.
  3. Top it off: Sprinkle toasted almonds, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  4. Garnish: Add fresh basil leaves if desired. Serve immediately!
