This creamy garlic chicken pasta is comforting, flavorful, and done in under 30 minutes. It features juicy chicken breast pieces in a velvety garlic cream sauce, tossed with tender pasta and garnished with fresh parsley.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz (225g) fettuccine or linguine
- 1 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions:
- Cook the Pasta
Boil the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. - Sear the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and fully cooked (about 5–7 minutes). Remove and set aside. - Make the Garlic Cream Sauce
In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and simmer for 3–4 minutes. - Add Parmesan & Chicken
Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth. Return chicken to the pan and mix. - Combine with Pasta
