Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into ½-inch rounds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: chopped parsley or red pepper flakes for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
Set oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Season Zucchini:
In a bowl, toss zucchini rounds with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. - Arrange & Top:
