Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Cheesy Breadsticks
Golden, crispy, and oozing with melty cheese and tender beef — these breadsticks are the ultimate snack or party appetizer. Dip them in marinara or queso for a game-day hit!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp chili powder (optional – Tex-Mex twist)
- Salt, to taste
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone (or mozzarella)
- ½ cup thinly sliced cooked beef or steak tips
- Marinara or queso, for dipping
Instructions:
- Prep the Oven
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment. - Roll the Dough
On a lightly floured surface, roll pizza dough into a large rectangle. - Flavor It Up
Mix olive oil with minced garlic. Brush over the dough. - Add Cheese & Beef
Sprinkle Parmesan and half the provolone. Top evenly with sliced beef. Season with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and chili powder (if using). - Stuff & Slice
Fold the dough in half lengthwise and press gently. Cut into strips using a pizza cutter. - Twist & Top
Twist each strip and place on the baking sheet. Sprinkle remaining provolone on top. - Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly. - Serve
Serve warm with marinara or cheesy queso for dipping!
