Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Cheesy Breadsticks

Golden, crispy, and oozing with melty cheese and tender beef — these breadsticks are the ultimate snack or party appetizer. Dip them in marinara or queso for a game-day hit!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp chili powder (optional – Tex-Mex twist)
  • Salt, to taste
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone (or mozzarella)
  • ½ cup thinly sliced cooked beef or steak tips
  • Marinara or queso, for dipping

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Oven
    Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment.
  2. Roll the Dough
    On a lightly floured surface, roll pizza dough into a large rectangle.
  3. Flavor It Up
    Mix olive oil with minced garlic. Brush over the dough.
  4. Add Cheese & Beef
    Sprinkle Parmesan and half the provolone. Top evenly with sliced beef. Season with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and chili powder (if using).
  5. Stuff & Slice
    Fold the dough in half lengthwise and press gently. Cut into strips using a pizza cutter.
  6. Twist & Top
    Twist each strip and place on the baking sheet. Sprinkle remaining provolone on top.
  7. Bake
    Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve
    Serve warm with marinara or cheesy queso for dipping!
