Watermelon Lemonade: Summer in a Glass!

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 3–4 lemons)
  • ¼ cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint & lemon slices (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Blend Watermelon
    Blend cubed watermelon until completely smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a pulp-free drink.
  2. Mix it Up
    In a large pitcher, combine the watermelon juice, lemon juice, sweetener, and cold water. Stir well until the honey or sugar dissolves.
  3. Chill
    Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend and cool down.
  4. Serve
    Fill glasses with ice and pour in your watermelon lemonade.
  5. Garnish
    Top with lemon slices and fresh mint for a beautiful, refreshing finish!
