Ingredients:

- 2 naan or flatbread rounds

- ¼ cup roasted red peppers, chopped
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh mint or dill (optional)
- Olive oil, for drizzling

Directions:
- Make the Whipped Feta:
- In a blender or food processor, combine feta, yogurt (or cream cheese), olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside or chill until ready.
